I had some issues with ordering because the site wasn’t letting payment go through, but I contacted customer service and Christian helped a ton. I ended up having someone else order them for me from their laptop but I asked what I could do in the future if this happens again, and I was informed it was likely a bug on my laptop and was given further instruction on what to do. I had also made the mistake of ordering to the wrong address and although the items shipped a few hours after I noticed and sent an email, Christian still attempted to contact purolator and was very kind to me. I definitely recommend Wordans if you need blanks!

Wordans sent me a wrong tshirt by mistake and they promptly acknowledged the mistake and started the process to send me the right one. Christian helped me to make it quick and easy! Very satisfied with their customer service! And their products are always amazing and as expected (look like the pictures and descriptions)

I made a purchase Friday late afternoon and received the order the following day at noon. However, I was missing a 3 items. I reached out to support and had the missing items shipped shortly after sending the email. Thanks Ross for the quick and speedy response 5/5!

Christian helped me so much with getting the right items shipped to me after a few were missing. He explained what needed to be done for a replacement and was prompt with getting it shipped out. I love using Wordans for blank shirts with no minimums! After how nicey I was treated, I will for sure be a long time customer.

Always prompt delivery service with no hassles. Today I had, for the first time, a missing item from an order. I reached out to customer service, and Christian helped me immediately. Quick response, only one question concerning the packing slip and I had confirmation from him my missing item was being shipped. Very pleased with the overall customer service!!

Christian from Wordans provided outstanding customer service. He was very attentive during our phone call and took the time to understand my situation. After my original order was cancelled due to a backlog of stock, Christian proactively suggested an alternative type of T-shirt. He then checked availability at a local warehouse and followed up by email to keep me informed about my order. Thanks to his effort and communication, I received the shirts in time. I really appreciated his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I received the replacement cap within 48 hours. I highly recommend doing business with them to absolutely everyone, even if you only need one or a few items. My first order was perfect: fast delivery and great product quality. My second order had a manufacturing defect on one of the caps (stitching issue), so I reached out to the company by email. I received a reply in under 30 minutes. Christian immediately acknowledged the issue and confirmed that a replacement would be sent. Customer service has been outstanding so far. I’ll update this review once the new cap arrives.
